BASIC INSPECTION
- under 100 sqm ( 1076.39 sqft) – 95,000 yen (102,600 yen include tax)
- + 10 sqm (107.639 sqft) + 2,700 yen
* Basic inspection and Report (in case of ground plan or elevation available)
The inspection will be by sight, will take approximately 1.5 ~ 2 hours.
OPTION
- Make of the drawings : basic cost plus 15,000 yen (16,200 yen include tax)
* It’s possible to inspect without detailed ground plan or elevation. Please offer when you have request in case there is no floor plan.
- Attic inspection : basic costs plus 15,000 yen (16,200 yen include tax)
- + .05 hour
* In case of evaluation of seismic capacity, it will be required work.
* It will require access door to go into attic. The inspection will be for beam, will not go and check dangerous area.
- Rooftop inspection : basic cost plus 30,000 yen (32,400 yen include tax)
* It may cancel by condition or shape of room, can work only scaffolding is available.
- Underfloor inspection : basic costs plus 20,000 yen (21,600 yen include tax)
- + 0.5 ~ 1.0 hour
* In case of evaluation of seismic capacity, it will be required work.
* It will require opening or access way to go into underfloor. The inspection will be only where inspector can see, not include where the piping or the foundation covers.
- Evaluation of seismic capacity and Report : basic costs plus 20,000 yen (21,600 yen include tax)
- Evaluation of seismic capacity, Report and Certificate of Official Quality : basic costs plus 20,000 yen (21,600 yen include tax) and 20,000 yen (21,600 yen include tax)
* It will require evaluation of seismic capacity, require rooftop and underfloor inspection, too.
* There may case of difficulty to issue Certificate of Official Quality if drawing and specification on building certification or accurate drawings is not available.
* The Report and Certificate of Official Quality will be in Japanese, but other report will be issued in original Japanese and English translation.
In case of offering inspection, please let us know in advance. Some of case there will be no time to complete inspection before contract. We may arrange seller to complete inspection before decide of choosing property or sign on contract.
